Home Learning - Welcome back Year 6

 

Your updated tasks for the start of the Spring Term 2025:

  • Mathletics - ensure you have completed all tasks including those focused on measurement.  
  • 144 club - Practice your times tables every day.
  • Daily reading - children are expected to read for a minimum of 20 minutes everyday & read aloud at least once a week with an adult/older sibling. This needs to be recorded in their reading records which will also be checked every day.
Spellings - Practice your words every day. You will be tested every Friday.
  • Please practice your Year 5/6 words. You should know everything on this list by heart.   
       
Grammar:

Complete both quizzes. Make sure you understand the difference between the two:

Times Tables:   

Make sure you practice all of your times tables 1s to 15s.
