The summer holidays are almost upon us.
These are exciting times with lots of free time and fun activities.
However, sometimes, we can find when we get bored that our minds begin to wander and worry about what is ahead of us and what is to come.
Have a look at the resources below, prepared by the Anna Freud Centre which will help you reflect safely and wisely and which will support you to keep mentally healthy over the long break.

Make sure you add the answer which are right for you.
